Why us
Wolf ventilation service starts with the exact model and the reported symptom.
The appliance and its controls are checked in context. We diagnose the system, not just the symptom.
Igniters, temperature sensors, heating elements and common control parts ride with the technician.
A firm price on site. It does not change once work starts.
Parts and labor, in writing. If the same problem comes back during that period, we return at no charge.
Appliance components are removed and reinstalled carefully with attention to nearby finishes.
A Wolf appliance fault can disrupt the kitchen. Service slots are held open, including weekends.

The downdraft behind the cooktop would only rise a little after a filter got caught.
A loose filter had jammed the rising vent. The position switch also needed replacement so the lift could stop and start in the correct position.
Freed the filter and replaced the downdraft position switch. Checked the lift path and switch response after reassembly.
The vent now raises and lowers normally, and the filter sits securely.

Model: DD36
The kitchen vent stopped working.
The downdraft vent was not operating as expected. A faulty internal component prevented normal operation.
Accessed the downdraft assembly, replaced the faulty component and reassembled the vent. Checked that it rose and ran through its normal controls.
The vent operated again after service and was checked before the visit ended.

The hood fan switch was not working.
The fan speed control failed to respond when the knob was turned. The control assembly and its wiring were inspected to isolate the fault.
Replaced the fan control, secured its wiring connections and reassembled the hood control area. Checked fan operation at the available settings.
The hood fan responded normally to the control during the final check.
