Why us
Wolf built-in oven service starts with the exact model and the reported symptom.
The appliance and its controls are checked in context. We diagnose the system, not just the symptom.
Igniters, temperature sensors, heating elements and common control parts ride with the technician.
A firm price on site. It does not change once work starts.
Parts and labor, in writing. If the same problem comes back during that period, we return at no charge.
Appliance components are removed and reinstalled carefully with attention to nearby finishes.
A Wolf appliance fault can disrupt the kitchen. Service slots are held open, including weekends.

Model: DO30-2U/S-TH
The upper oven would not respond to Bake; the lower oven still worked.
The fault was limited to the upper oven's bake system. Its control board and heating components required replacement.
Accessed the upper oven controls and heating circuit, replaced the board and heating parts, then reassembled the unit. Checked Bake selection and heating in the upper oven while confirming the lower oven still operated.
The upper oven responded to Bake and heated again. Both ovens were checked after the repair.

Model: DO30PM/S/PH
The upper oven showed an overheating warning.
The upper oven's control board was not managing its heating cycle correctly. The lower oven was part of the same built-in unit but was not the source of the warning.
Accessed the control area, replaced the faulty board and reconnected the oven wiring. Reassembled the cabinet unit and checked the upper oven's controls and heating cycle.
The warning cleared, and the upper oven responded normally during the final check.

Model: DO30-2U/S
The double oven was not working reliably.
The cooling fan and two relay boards needed replacement. These parts help move heat away from the controls and switch power to the oven circuits.
Replaced the fan and both relay boards, then checked the controls and oven operation.
The oven controls respond normally, and the unit was checked after repair.

Model: SO30CM/B
The oven door would not close properly.
The door latch was not engaging as it should, preventing the oven from closing securely. The latch area and door fit were checked.
Replaced the oven door latch kit, reassembled the latch area and checked the door's movement and closure.
The oven door closed and latched normally during the final check.
1 / 1Recent repair
The oven showed an error and would not heat normally.
The thermal limit relay was interrupting normal oven operation. The oven cavity and controls were otherwise in place.
Accessed the relay circuit, replaced the faulty thermal limit relay and reassembled the oven. Cleared the error and checked a heating cycle and the control response.
The error cleared, and the oven heated during the final check.
Common faults
The same symptom can have different causes, so diagnosis starts with the exact Wolf model.
Power, heating components, sensors and controls need to be checked.
Airflow, calibration or heat delivery can affect results.
A sensor or control issue may prevent stable heat.
Hinges or a worn gasket can let heat escape.
Power, wiring or the interface may interrupt controls.
A worn fan or an obstruction can cause unusual noise.
The code guides diagnosis but does not identify a part by itself.
The lamp, socket and control circuit should be checked.
Something else in the kitchen acting up? The technician is already there, so we can check the second appliance during the same visit.
