Why us
A Wolf range combines burners, oven heat and controls. Each part has to work together.
Igniters, burners, oven sensors, heating elements and controls on Wolf ranges are checked in context. We diagnose the system, not just the symptom.
Igniters, temperature sensors, heating elements and common control parts ride with the technician.
A firm price on site. It does not change once work starts.
Parts and labor, in writing. If the same problem comes back during that period, we return at no charge.
Appliance components are removed and reinstalled carefully with attention to nearby finishes.
A range that will not heat affects daily cooking. Service slots are held open, including weekends.

The oven was not heating as expected.
Testing identified faults in the relay board, temperature sensor and bake element. These parts work together to control and deliver heat, so the oven could not maintain its selected temperature.
Accessed the oven control and heating circuits and replaced the relay board, temperature sensor and bake element. Checked the wiring connections. Reassembled the range and tested its heating cycle.

Common faults
Burners, oven heat and controls can produce similar symptoms for different reasons.
Ignition, power, moisture or gas delivery can cause a burner to click without lighting.
Burner port blockage, cap alignment or a control fault can affect cooking heat.
Ignition, heating elements, sensors and controls need different checks depending on the range type.
A sensor, calibration or heat delivery fault may cause uneven baking.
Power, wiring or the interface can interrupt controls even when other functions still work.
Cookware compatibility, the zone and its electronics should be checked in sequence.
Airflow, burner parts or gas delivery can interrupt a stable flame.
Hinge alignment or a worn gasket can let heat escape.
Something else in the kitchen acting up? The technician is already there, so we can check the second appliance during the same visit.
